Account information: name, email address, phone number and password or sign-in details when you create an account.
Merchant information: business name, category, address, contact details, trade licence details, photos and service listings that merchants provide.
Content you submit: reviews, ratings, messages and enquiries.
Location information: with your permission, your device location so we can show nearby businesses. You can turn this off in your device settings.
Usage and device information: pages and features used, device type, operating system, app version, IP address and crash or performance data.
Payment information: merchants who buy paid plans pay through third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
3. How we use information
To provide and improve the Service, show relevant nearby businesses, create and manage accounts and merchant listings, enable reviews and contact between users and merchants, process payments, send service notices and support replies, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example hosting, analytics, messaging and payment providers), with merchants when you contact them or post a review, when required by law or to protect rights and safety, and in connection with a business transfer.
