What is Spotvio?
Spotvio is a smart local guide and merchant discovery platform for the UAE. It helps you find local businesses and services near you, and helps merchants get discovered by customers.
Is Spotvio free to use?
Yes. Searching for businesses, viewing profiles and writing reviews is free for customers.
Why does the app ask for my location?
With your permission, Spotvio uses your device location to show businesses near you. You can use Spotvio without sharing location by searching for an area, and you can turn location off any time in your device settings.
How do I list my business?
See For businesses. You will need a valid UAE trade licence and your business contact details.
A business listing has wrong information. What can I do?
Email info@spotvio.com with the business name and the correction. We will check it with the merchant.
How do I report a review or content?
Email us with a link or description of the content. We remove reviews and content that breach our Terms of Use.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email info@spotvio.com from the address linked to your account and ask for deletion. We will delete your account and personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
