These Terms govern your use of the Spotvio website and apps (the "Service"), operated by SPOT VIO SERVICES L.L.C - S.P.C, Manasir, Qassar Al Yahamah Street, Building 2, Apt 102, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By using the Service you agree to them.
1. Use of the Service
You must use the Service lawfully and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account and for activity under it.
2. Merchants
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, services, prices and licences, and must not post misleading or unlawful content. Paid plans, where offered, are governed by the plan terms shown at purchase.
3. Reviews and content
Reviews must be honest and based on real experience. You grant Spotvio a non-exclusive licence to display content you submit within the Service. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
4. Third-party businesses
Spotvio is a discovery platform. Transactions and services are between users and merchants, and we are not responsible for merchants' products or services.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data without permission, or interfere with its operation.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Spotvio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
